We're taking you to your account, where you can see your minutes, add your children and call Santa. You sign in with a one-time code sent to the email you used at checkout. Your receipt arrives by email.
A live conversation with Santa, in English: just tap and talk, right in your browser, on a phone, tablet or computer. Santa greets your child by name and chats about what you filled in: what they've learned, who they play with, what they love. He is created with artificial intelligence; he is not a person on the line. He doesn't promise specific gifts and never asks for personal data.
How it works
You order and pay by card.
In your account you add each child's name, age and a few details.
When your child is ready, you open your account and tap “Call Santa”, or “Have Santa call” and he rings right in your browser.
Santa talks for as long as the child's minutes last. About 20 seconds before the end he says goodbye.
After the call you'll find the summary, transcript and recording in your account.
Your child can call back until Christmas Eve, using the minutes that are left.
What it costs
$5 for the first child, then $5 for each additional child, up to 5. Each child gets 5 minutes of conversation. You can add more minutes any time from your account, at $2 per minute.
How to get the best call
Fill in concrete details: “she played with Andrew”, not “she likes toys”.
Pick a quiet moment, for example after dinner.
Sit next to your child, with the volume up. Some children are shy at first.
Don't push. If they don't want to talk, they can listen, or you can try again the next day.
Listen to the recording together. It usually suits children from about 3–4 years old.
Good to know
Your child's name, age and details are deleted on December 31. Download the recordings you want to keep before then.
You can cancel as long as Santa hasn't called yet. Details in the Terms.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as you haven't used the service, meaning Santa hasn't called yet and you haven't talked to him, and you don't have to tell us why. Press “Cancel” in your account or write to us, and the money goes back to your card. After the first call the order can't be cancelled and unused minutes aren't refunded; see the Terms, section 9.
Is it a real person on the line?
No. Santa is created with artificial intelligence: his voice and everything he says are generated by AI, live, based on the details you provide. You know this from the start; what you tell your child is your choice.
How does my child call Santa?
From your account, on a phone, tablet or computer: tap “Call Santa” and he picks up. Santa recognises your child, remembers what you talked about last time, and you talk from the minutes you have left, until Christmas Eve. If they run out, you can add minutes any time from your account, at $2 per minute.
Do we need an app or a phone number?
No. Everything happens in your browser, on a phone, tablet or computer. In your account you tap “Call Santa” or “Have Santa call” and the call fills the whole screen, like a phone call. You only need a microphone, and your browser will ask your permission. It works right now, until Christmas Eve.
What does it cost for several children?
$5 for each child, up to 5. Each child adds 5 minutes. For more than 5 children, ask for an offer.
